Been there a couple of months, I like the area, the facility seems to be well kept, haven't been there at night, but looks to have good lighting, and security cameras. The staff has been very helpful

It was very easy to get our unit rented right away. They actually answer the phone and have a real person manning the desk during business hours…So much better than some other places I had looked into! I immediately felt comfortable signing up with this company. Rates were reasonable as well.

I rent a covered storage for my boat from the fine people at BattleCreek Storage. I love the convenience of the location being in BattleCreek myself and the ease of doing business with them. This is a small business the customer service has been fantastic.

Clean units, friendly management, safe and gated facility. Prices were appropriate and I felt safe leaving my belongings in this unit in between moving. Renting the unit was a simple process and I would recommend to anyone looking to store their belongings.
