Accessibility Statement

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What the site includes

• A skip link, one main heading per page and headings in a logical order
• Menus, questions and panels that work with a keyboard, with visible focus and Escape to close
• Descriptive text for images and color contrast that meets AA
• Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting
• An accessibility menu (left side of every page) for larger text, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font, wider spacing and stopping animations

Known limitations

Reservations, online payments and the Size Estimator open pages run by our storage software provider, and the map is provided by Google. We don't control the accessibility of those pages. If you have trouble with them, call us and we'll help you over the phone.

Report a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, call 918-258-1958 (Monday–Saturday, 10am–6pm) or email [email protected], and tell us the page and the problem. We'll work to fix it.
